“It all keeps building up to A Utility Belt Does Not A Superhero Make. “I’m bleeding but I’m still breathing, and when there’s nothing left to say then I’ll be leaving, I’m jaded but there’s a new song in my heart, a figure four but I’m not tapping out, like all the best superheroes I’m gonna use my powers for good not evil, I don’t care if I’m not in the sequel, I’m gonna use my powers for good not evil!” I could not have put everything I’ve learned in the past year more succinctly. In the name of all that is holy, we need an LP already! Stop That Astronaut’s site describes them as “Sheffield Science Rock”... HAH! Reminds me a tiny bit of early Annalise, Fugazi, and The Police…on speed that is! Silly and completely geeked out punk rock. These lyrics could even put Milo Aukerman to the test! They come off a little weird and experimental at first but it grew on me. I’m looking forward to seeing what their other material sounds like… This is one of those rare few records that makes me go “AAAAAAGH!!!” because it’s SO FUCKING GOOD!!! If you have any self-respect what so ever…find a copy of this!” -x1984x
